My Story
Growing up I was lucky enough to be engulfed by the wonders of travel courtesy of my Aunt Violet. She traveled all over the world as a single woman in the 50’s and 60’s which was and still is amazing! When she returned from her adventures, she would share her awe-inspiring stories with her family. I would study all the fascinating ‘trinkets’ she brought back and dream of the far away destinations I wanted to see. Reading my families encyclopedias allowed me to become lost in various countries while I learned about cultures, people, architecture and landscapes that were at once foreign and familiar to me. After getting on a plane for the first time at age 12 I was hooked and knew travel would be a huge and important part of my life.
I began traveling extensively throughout the world once my three amazing daughters became adults, and I still have more destinations that I want to explore! I love sharing my experiences, and desire to make the world as accessible as possible to everyone. I offer smart and informed vacation planning for my clients, and pride myself with creating unique and personal travel options for everyone.
Whether I am planning a honeymoon, a historical week abroad, or a custom group tour, my enthusiasm for both travel and my clients will be clear from our first interaction. Your happiness is paramount to me, and I use every avenue at my disposal, including the exceptional relationships I have cultivated with my travel partners around the world, to ensure an amazing travel experience from start to finish. I pride myself on ensuring every detail is taken into consideration, so my clients can truly immerse themselves in their travels and enjoy every moment as fully as possible.
I believe travel quite literally opens the entire world to you. Every destination and the experiences it offers is an opportunity to learn and grow a bit more. To immerse yourself in a culture unfamiliar to you. To meet the people that inhabit the planet with you. To hear their stories. To share common experiences and celebrate the diversity that makes up the tapestry of life.
